I understand that each and every real estate

My areas of expertise are many. I have a firm knowledge in home
construction and the craft of custom home building. I have done the
physical work myself as well as coordinated construction operations.
My negotiation skill comes from years of experience as a
purchasing agent in the ski industry. Understanding what my clients
needs are and then being able to convey this to another party is
pertinent to the success of negotiating any business deal. I also have
extensive knowledge in dealing with binding contracts and look closely
at the details in each one. If I am unable to answer any of your
questions I have a large network of resources where I am sure to get
the right answer.
My personal goal is to work for you, the client, listening to and
understanding your needs. I will provide you with impeccable
customer service-presenting and discussing information in a timely
manner.
